- HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM STICKERS -

Messaging: Please use the Etsy messaging system to send us your artwork and message us regarding your order. This will make it easier for both of is to keep track of your order’s progress. Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have!

- PROCESSING TIME & OUR PRINTING PROCESS -

Proofs are usually sent within 1-2 business days of us receiving your artwork. Once your approve your designs, we print your stickers. After printing, we wait approximately 24 hours before laminating to ensure the eco-solvent ink we use has truly penetrated the vinyl. Once dried, we laminate, cut and ship your order. Most orders are shipped within one business week.

♡ We do not edit your design; we simply print what is sent to us
♡ We cannot guarantee a color match on all images due to the variations on computer monitors. Our stickers are printer on a CMYK large format printer. While we do our best to match the color on the computer monitor, there may be a slight variation in color based on what you see and what is printed.
♡ We do not accept cancellations because custom orders take time to plan materials and set up the design which happens shortly after purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out and we will see what we can do to help!


- SHIPPING INFORMATION -

Incorrect Shipping Information: If you submit the incorrect shipping address, please let us know ASAP so we can correct the shipping address. If we are not notified, and the package is shipped to the address at checkout, the customer will need to repurchase stickers. If the package comes back to us, we will reach out and you can pay to have the item reshipped. :)

2021 Shipping Updates: We ship 99% of our orders via USPS. Currently, ALL carriers are waiving delivery date guarantees. This means that even if you purchase expedited shipping, it is not guaranteed. We understand this is incredibly inconvenient; however, please understand that we are not responsible once the package is picked up as it is out of our hands. We will do our best to ship out as soon as we can, and you can always track your shipping under your orders here on Etsy to see where the package is currently. Delivery dates are estimates, but never guarantees. Please plan accordingly.
Additionally, the USPS sometimes fail to update their tracking system regularly. Please allow time for them to update. If the package is truly lost by the carrier, please feel free to message us.
